Whitewater Rescue Technician- Professional (WRT-PRO) 11-13 May 2026
The WRT-PRO course is designed for professional river users, e.g. raft guides, safety kayakers, with existing river experience, to provide you with the necessary skills to perform rescues in whitewater river situations.
Add-on: HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician (SRT) + Australian standard units 18-21 May 2026 QLD
The SRT course provides rescuers with the fundamentals of survival in moving water and is recommended for anyone who may be called upon to effect in-water rescues. Students gain knowledge in hydrology and river classifications, size-up, site control and scene management. Practical skills include self-rescue, swift water swimming and the fundamentals of shore, boat and in-water rescues.
SRT only: Training over 3 days (18-20 May)
Add-on Australian standard units:
PUASAR001 and PUASAR002.
